Bistro Les Gras
At Bistro Les Gras we offer the finest farm to table dining in the Pioneer Valley. Located minutes away from fertile farmland we work with an amazing group of farmers and ranchers to assure that you are eating the finest and freshest produce as well as the highest quality free-range meats.
Our menu changes every month to ensure we are using the freshest produce when it's at its peak. Almost everything served at Bistro Les Gras is made in house from scratch, from our baguettes and fresh churned butter to our ketchup and bacon. We even get in whole animals, butcher them ourselves and make sure every last part is used.
We have a wonderful little European market located inside the restaurant where we boast an excellent selection of seasonal artisan cheeses, boutique cured meats, a few specialty items and a grand selection of house products such as terrines, pates, sausages and cured meats.
